Banania is first of all a story…


It was during a trip to Nicaragua that the journalist Pierre-François Lardet discovered, in a village in the heart of the forest, a delicious drink made of banana flour, cocoa, crushed cereals and sugar. Back in France, he decided to market this recipe: we are then in 1914 and the Banania brand is born!

The Banania brand has known how to cross the decades and is still today, after more than 100 years of existence, present at the sides of the French families.

Banania has been able to evolve with the times and to develop with the constant aim of meeting the expectations and needs of its consumers.
