Banania Fondant Squares

  • 3 eggs
  • 150g Banania 
  • 60g cake flour
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 80g butter


  1. Start by preheating the oven to 170°C (thermostat 5/6).
  2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until frothy.
  3. Add the Banania and the cake flour and mix well.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the milk to just under boiling, then remove from heat and add the butter, cut into pieces. Stir until the butter is completely melted.
  5. Slowly pour the milk and butter mixture into the bowl, stirring with the whisk.
  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin and place in the oven for 20 min.
  7. Let the fondant cool, then cut into small squares.
